And The First Challenge has come...

 

    So I am back again quicker than I expected. We did run into some issues before filming, but luckily we have been able to find a solution. So initially we had planned to film Sunday February 13th, however, there are several problems with the day and the time. One thing being that it is the Superbowl on that day. So several problems come with that such as noisy neighbors having parties, a very long line at the gate to get into my community, and some of us actually like to watch the game so we would be missing out. Moreover, one of our extras was not able to make it at 6:00 P.M and we really do not want those little people for a party. So after discussing and debating, we made a decision. We decided to start filming at 1:30 P.M that way parties probably haven't started, the game has started, and our extras can make it. Since the party was originally going to be a night party, we are making it a hot summer pool party. Although you won't see the characters in the pool the shots will be the same but the characters will have different costumes so as to make more sense for the party. I will also try to incorporate pool props like a beach ball, flamingo inflatable, water basketball, etc. Also, Desiree realized that this will actually increase the story and drama for our main character, Rachel, as in pool parties one usually is wearing more revealing clothing, probably making her more insecure. I was very happy that we were thrown an issue and we were able to overcome it with ease. Moreover, we might have an additional extra which will be great because that way it will look more like a party. To wrap it up, our time frame and costumes have changed and my group is great !
